Here are answers to some of my most commonly asked questions.

I’m available for sessions on weekday afternoons/evenings and on Saturdays after 3pm.
I also have morning availability on Tuesdays and Mondays.

50-minute individual session: $150
50-minute partner/family session: $180
75-minute individual and partner sessions are available at an additional rate. $170 for individuals, $195 for partners.
I offer sliding scale rates when I can. If that would be helpful for you, please let me know!!

I don't accept insurance, but am happy to provide a superbill for out-of-network reimbursement. Please reach out to your insurance provider to determine whether you have out-of-network benefits that pay towards therapy.

I see clients in person in San Francisco. My preference is to be present with you in a space that is fully dedicated to our work.
Of course, there’s flexibility for telehealth as needed.

If you need to cancel a session please communicate that to me as soon as possible.
I require at least a 48 hour notice or a late cancellation fee will be charged.
Of course, life happens! If an emergency comes up, then we’ll discuss alternative options (like rescheduling).

During the initial phase of therapy, I meet with clients once a week. As your care progresses, we will re-evaluate and discuss options for a different session schedule.

An associate is a therapist that has a graduate degree and is obtaining hours to become licensed. We are registered with the California Board of Behavioral Services, work under a licensed therapist, and have ongoing trainings and supervision. This helps to make sure that you are receiving the best care possible!
